Our events are booked with 3 hour blocks (ability to add more time if needed). We work off event minimums between all food/beverage and gaming versus a room rental fee. The event minimums vary between the time of the day and day of the week.

Wild Eagle has the ability to make every event Legendary. We have hosted a variety of events: Wedding Ceremonies Wedding Receptions Rehearsal Dinners Showers Graduations Birthdays Retirements Corporate Meetings (A/V equipment available to rent out) Corporate Team Building/Outings *Don’t see the type of event you are looking to host? Ask our event team for more information!

We do host kid’s parties at our Broadview and Streetsboro locations. We recommend looking at earlier evening or afternoon events (We can get rowdy as we get into the later hours).

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring in dessert, as long as it’s from a commercial bakery. Wild Eagle does not permit any other outside food or beverage.

We do allow groups to bring in decorations. We do not allow: confetti, glitter, or anything to be taped to the walls.

We have a fantastic catering menu that our team will send along to you. If the group is 20 people or less, we can offer the full menu with day of ordering, just like a normal dining experience.

We have Wild Cards available for purchase. You can load them with any dollar amount you would like. Our games range from $1-$5 per game. All games are first come first serve.
